Handy Hints
for
Freezing Fresh
Meat ... |
We recommend that you freeze the
bags individually rather than in the carrier bag, and that you refer
to your own freezer's manual on how to freeze fresh meat.
The general rule is to initially turn the temperature down or to use
the (Fast Freeze) facility, if available, until the meat is fully
frozen.
It is advisable to take the meat out and move it around a couple of
times over the first few days, as it starts to freeze, to avoid the
bags sticking together.
(Otherwise a hammer and chisel may become necessary!) |
