This cheap cut of meat provides
a very good value joint for pot roasting or dry roasting, either
way - cook it very slowly for several hours.
To pot roast; add liquid to half cover the meat and cook in a slow
oven or simmered on top of the stove. Vegetables can be cooked in
the pan to produce a complete meal.
